Q) What is the pass rate for people who've trained on the Gold Snowboard Instructor Training Package in the past?
A) We are very proud that so far 100% of our past Academy trainees on our Gold and Silver Package have passed their level 1 CASI (Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors) Snowboard Instructor's exams at the end of their course.

Q) How can you be so much cheaper than all the other companies who offer courses which I've found while browsing the net?
A) We are very proud to have pioneered a completely unique system whereby our instructor training takes places in Zakopane, Poland rather than in one of the most expensive resorts in Europe like all our rivals. Once the training is complete we take our official exams at the end of the course in Andorra. This saves an enormous amount of money. As we have our own chalet in Zakopane this also this lowers our cost base significantly too.
-As the majority of our business comes from organising professionally run skiing and snowboarding holidays (which we've been doing successfully since 2005 at Sunshine World and our team have been doing for many years before Sunshine World began) which are delivered by professional, English speaking, ski and snowboard Pros we already have the infrastructure in place for organising our snowboard instructor training courses which compliment our entire set up in Zakopane most efficiently. We never stop thinking of ways to maximise value, service and our guests' experience with us at Sunshine World and that is why we consider ourselves to be the best in the business right now. No one out there can offer what we do for anywhere near the same price as us. That is the fact :)

Q) Is it better to buy rather than rent the equipment?
A: On our Gold full season package we actually include the equipment into your deal AND you will get to keep your snowboard boots, bindings and board at the end of your course! We will buy the equipment brand new at the beginning of your course.

A: No meals are included but our chalet is only 7 minutes walk to the town center and plenty of wonderful and highly affordable restaurants. You have full access to our fully equipped kitchen for your entire stay including designated cupboard and fridge space so you can easily cook your own meals too. Food is very cheap in Poland when compared with the UK.

A: Yes certainly. We can not only potentially provide you with a job at Sunshine World in future seasons once you are qualified if you prove to have exceptional skills and dedication but we can also provide you with a professional reference subject to your performance and help put you in contact with the best and most suitable snowboard schools around Europe, Canada, the US and New Zealand.
